Shipping Policy

All orders placed through our website will be shipped unopened in their original boxes. Each order will be provided with a tracking number for your peace of mind. We try to pack as many products in the smallest possible parcel to minimise postage cost for our customers, and our shipping calculator allows mixing of all of our products. So feel free to mix as many products as you like! 

 

Our postage cost reflects the cost for Australia Post, who are our primary choice for shipping. 

 

We try to post all orders within 24 hours of the order time and date. From then, the time to reach your door will depend on Australia Post and your location. Generally metro areas in Australia have a delivery time of 2-5 business days, after Australia Post receives the parcel.

 

Regional and non-metro areas will have longer delivery time, especially if they are outside of NSW. So please allow a maximum of 10-15 business days.

 

We rely on our customers to provide the accurate delivery information and instructions. We can not be responsible if an item is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect entry from customer. This must be taken up with Australia post, as it is unfortunately out of our hands.

Occasionally there may be damage to our shipped parcels during transit. Fortunately this may be covered by parcel insurance provided for all orders. In the event a parcel is damaged, please send photo evidence within 3 days of delivery date to info@passionforsugarfree.com.au so we can investigate a solution together.
